the hotel staff are really helpful and cute . the christmas decorations were beautiful everything was festive and cheerful.
the steam room was broken which was disappointing i visited the jazzcui twice but it was very cold both times. the menu was also basic if i didn't like burgers there wasn't much i could choose.

the hotel staff were very friendly right. i had a large and spacious room.. luxurious too. i especially loved the fluffy robes and slippers provided in the room.
the light in the wardrobe wouldn't turn off all night as the door wouldn't close properly, i think maintenance could improve because the sink also drained slowly.

wonderful staffcomfortable roomsbad maintenance
the location is fantastic, and the grounds are wonderful. the staff was helpful, especially jose in the restaurant.. we loved him! the rooms were bright, airy, and comfortable. the pool area was also well kept and managed.
the light in the wardrobe in my room would not turn off all night, as the door did not close correctly. i felt the maintenance could have been better, as the sink in my room also did not drain correctly.

our room included fluffy robes and slippers which were a nice touch of luxury. there was also a welcome bottle of wine and chocolates, a kind gesture from the hotel. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night.

the spacious rooms met my expectations.
the air conditioning in my room did not work properly. i found THE service at the bar rather slow. securing a pool slot also caused unnecessary inconvenience.
